Payment Schedule for Recreational Classes
4 Week Session Schedule
We operate on a 4 week/session payment schedule. The tuition payment is processed through an automatic withdrawal system that is linked to a credit or debit card. You can also pay with cash/check. Payment is processed at the beginning of each 4 week session. Classes are ongoing and gymnast remains enrolled until moved up to a new level or request of drop from parent/guardian.
We are happy to enroll your gymnast in the middle of a session if we have space available in the class. Registrations made after the beginning of a session will be prorated to the number of classes the new participant will be attending.
Dropping a class:
Your child remains enrolled in their class and will not be dropped without parent request. We ask that all drop requests are made at least 1 week prior to the beginning of a new session. Any drops made after the new session begins are not eligible for a refund for that session.
